Prints made to last
I use the highest quality fine-art printing papers of at least 300gsm (weight of the paper). Prints up to A2 size (4x an A4).
The papers I use have no optical brighteners which means they won’t turn yellow with time.
They have a very slight texture which adds depth and richness to the print.
I use either matte or satin finish papers. I avoid glossy papers because if you hang it on a wall in your home where the light is coming from multiple directions, you will mostly see reflections in the glossy paper, instead of the photo.
Color calibrated setup
Both my monitor and my printer have been calibrated to ensure I get the most tonal range, contrast and depth out of every print.
My printer has been profiled by an expert printer to ensure the 12 inks that it uses are perfectly balanced.
The inks are guaranteed to hold their colors and tone for at least 200 years - provided of course the photo isn’t exposed to direct sunlight.
Pricing
For custom sizes, please contact me (although A2 is the maximum size). All prints are carefully packaged and sent in a rigid cardboard tube.
Prices do not include frame or passe-partout. The final print will have at least 1 cm of white border - you can choose to increase this border. If not using a passe-partout it is recommended to have at least a 2 cm white border to give the photo some breathing room.
